Sunderland looked really poor today against Hearts, who have played four competitive games already. Their campaign has already started.
No need for panic stations imo. Four friendlies to get up to speed, and hopefully some new signings soon.

Sunderland's first string played well during the opening 45. Think you can file that in the "good run out" category of pre-season games.

This game is being played very much at a pre-season pace imo.
Sunderland have done well enough and have created some decent chances. Would like to see Mayenda sharpen up.
Noah Sadiki and Jenson Seelt are the standouts for me. Le Fee is also just a lovely footballer to watch.
