More effective/non-violent way of dealing w/ crim pro-profit health insur companies: if they deny a clearly valid request for treatment, get name/state license # of the bottom-of-the-barrel doctor who made the denial decision for the insur company & file a complaint w/ that dr's state med board.

I roasted garlic for the first time today. I didn’t have olive oil, but vegetable oil worked ok. Then, I put it on my pizza, gorgeous!

I’m gonna hold my hands up and say I LOVED Twitter ..I was there a long time .. made many friends .. had so many belly laughs and debates .. raised lots of money for charity ..
