Let him go into midterms saddled with that issue then
January 6, 2026 at 2:01 AM
I wouldn't complain about that
January 5, 2026 at 10:28 PM
Is there? I recently attended a CLE on the issue and asked the presenting attorney whether there is an existing process to refund tariffs paid if they're struck down - he seemed to believe there wasn't?
January 5, 2026 at 10:27 PM
Yeah, the longer it drags out the less likely it seems they are going to strike them down
January 5, 2026 at 6:17 PM
I really thought there would have been a quick decision on that case. The nation's budget now hinges significantly on tariffs and if they're struck down, there's going to need to be a mechanism to refund tariffs paid. That becomes a heavier lift every day they remain in force...

It's difficult to understand exactly how wrong things can go until you've seen it happen - to you, or to someone else - firsthand.

I want Bama to lose and hold a grudge against KDB, but it would have been kind of fun watching Oregon's dreams get shattered at the hands of Kalen DeBoer once again.
