I would take Cooley, I love the Slaf but his close space puck control escapes are lacking
Logan Cooley is doing amazing. I always thought he was a great choice then.
But I bet if Habs management had a chance to do it all over again, they would still take Slafkovsky.
They didn’t want to add to their smaller side player footprint.
And they still don’t.
They want size for the playoffs.
