Crazy to me that Woltemade isn't our designated penalty taker.

Wish we had someone who could smack in a direct free kick from 20-30 yards.

All very well talking about Ramsdale's weaknesses and why Howe was reluctant to drop Pope... the fact is, the club signed Ramsdale to play in goal when Pope wasn't available. Why bring in a player you never want to have to use? If he's such a drop-off, it's more terrible recruitment. #nufc

Disrespectful to the club paying his wages, which has given him a platform to shine and helped him to improve.

Fuck off, you insufferable cunts.

Big words from the CEO but we've heard all of the "number one" and "win the title" stuff before from Staveley and Al Rumayyan.

Actions. Not words.

Weird to state such big ambitions whilst simultaneously admitting we're absolutely nowhere with stadium plans or training ground.

On the plus side, tonight's results were probably about as favourable to us as possible.

On the flipside, it's all the more infuriating that we're fucking incapable of capitalising on any decent opportunity to climb the table.

Very Christmassy that a huge section of the NUFC fanbase is waiting impatiently for the arrival of its lord and saviour, Yoane Wissa.
December 3, 2025 at 10:10 PM
People increasingly reinventing Yoane Wissa as prime Brazilian Ronaldo inside their own heads.
I am, Wissa will be the difference (I'm hoping)

I hope no one's expecting anything from the derby.

You'll struggle to read a more patronising article than this.

Everything's fine and it's the fans' reaction which is the problem, apparently.

A single away win in the league this season and 11 points dropped from winning positions already, but the media spin is that everything's cushty. Mental.
⚫️⚪️⚫️ How many times do I have to say it... don't panic.

7pts from 9, #nufc are getting better & they intend to invest in January.

Analysis as a BIG December starts with frustration 👇 inews.co.uk/sport/footba...
Eddie Howe's Newcastle have an unexpected problem
That £250m summer spend hasn't fixed Newcastle's biggest issue

You must be happy with a draw at home to a terrible Spurs team because Frank Pingel.

Fucking hell 😂
There are some seriously miserable bastards on here - just be thankful you didn’t have to live through the Frank Pingel and Rob MacDonald years (Google them) - this is a seriously good team - which will absolutely fly once they get going - and which will be continually improved by incoming and Eddie
December 3, 2025 at 8:43 PM
Should have left Kudus in my FPL team.

Took him out because I stupidly thought Newcastle would win.

Nope, Spurs got a draw and Kudus an assist 🙄

Team selection a problem AGAIN tonight.

9 of the same starting 11 who played 72 hours ago against Everton.

Is it any surprise they tire and lose concentration after 90 minutes?

Eddie is using the squad very poorly. That's why our game management is dogshit. #nufc
December 3, 2025 at 12:07 AM
Amazing how we signed a goalkeeper and a right-winger in the summer, only for those positions to remain our biggest weaknesses.

That is some shitty recruitment right there.
December 2, 2025 at 11:19 PM
It's time.
December 2, 2025 at 11:14 PM
Hands up if you don't think Trafford is good enough either 🙋‍♂️
We've def not managed winning positions well enough this season, but it doesn't help when you have a goalkeeper that has conceded 3 of 4 shots on target.

I know Pope has made some mistakes too recently, but he stops one of the two tonight IMHO.

Would not be surprised to see Trafford soon. #NUFC
But you have, HAVE, to win that game after that gift of a penalty.

There is a chronic mentality issue with this side.
December 2, 2025 at 11:10 PM
Honestly don't know how we fix this team.

How do you stop players from just switching off?

Our defence STANDS AND WATCHES the ball trickle past them into the net for the late equaliser and it's another one after 90 minutes.

Is there a "stop being dickheads" switch we can flip? #nufc
December 2, 2025 at 10:41 PM
All very well saying Pope might have saved Spurs' second goal but that ignores the fact that him being in goal would have invited more pressure due to his inability to use his feet and, on recent form, he'd probably have thrown one into his own net earlier in the game. #nufc
