Aspiring writer. I post about a bunch of dumb stuff like Star Trek, James Bond, the NBA, Resident Evil, and The Challenge on MTV.

"Anara and the Prince" is a children's story I wrote during a time when I had writer's block working on my novel.

It's about a young girl who discovers a magical land and life's biggest blessing: family.

It's full of heart, imagination, and beautiful art.

It's available on Amazon!

If the immigration “issue” was really about black & brown people “taking your jobs,” the powers that be wouldn’t be so damn eager to hand your jobs over to robots & artificial intelligence.

It’s just about giving you someone to hate & think yourself better than.

You’re not.

I know there's not a big market for this, but I would love a Mortal Kombat card game.

My Star Trek: Deep Space Nine watch through hit way too close to home when they concluded an episode like this after time-traveling to the year 2024.

JD Vance has one of the most distrustful faces I've ever seen. Everything he says sounds like it has a secret motive (it does). He thinks that because he is white & can speak coherently, that it makes him worthy of being in politics. You can literally see him acting, playing the part of "smart guy."

Where were you when Dr. Carter was stabbed in ER and when he fell to the floor he saw his intern, Lucy, bleeding out on the floor?

I don't know a single person who watched the second season of Wednesday. This is kind of nuts. I need to watch it, as I forgot it came out.

The joy of collecting trading cards is something today's youth is missing out on. Not to battle or anything. Just collect.

Finally getting the last few missing cards for my 95 X-Men deck was a thrill.

Bring that shit back.

It is a travesty that people are just unaware of how stellar AMC's Interview with the Vampire is. It is powerful, thrilling, lyrical...

The acting and writing is just top notch.

Episode 7 of Season Two knocked my socks off.

In 2018, Game Informer (@kylehilliard.com) wrote a retrospective over the N64's Shadows of the Empire - which is one of my most formative games. It's a good read into the development and how it came to be.

It was a magical time to be a Star Wars fan.

Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.

I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.

Not enough people talk about the show Interview with the Vampire. It's a great adaptation in that it follows the book's plot with some fun changes, so it's not a 1:1 copy.

The casting is incredible, as well.
