I agree that knowing the right information on supplements is very important and propaganda can easily be spread when it comes it vitamins and people need to know what they are putting into their bodies and what its actually doing to the body. #beh353

Since I'm a dental hygiene student, focusing on nutrition is so important and I felt as it was important for me to enforce nutritional knowledge. I plan to enforce the foods that may be harmful to our teeth and how to manage them when eaten. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I had a great thanksgiving and I was looking forward to my families lebanese version on thanksgiving foods. We mix the traditional thanksgiving dishes with also lebanese foods and its the best! I look worth to it every year and it always tastes amazing. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Biotin is so important for the body and helps with energy and promotes healthy body functions. And a big take away, if you really care for your hair, skin, and nails, you're looking at the jackpot. #beh353

I choose this article because the website as a whole is just dedicated to children and I believe it is very appealing to the eyes of kids. It's very simple and straight to the point ideas when it comes to parents easing in healthy eating habits for their kids. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I love this post! I do most things listed. I need to work on getting exercise regularly which Im trying to incorporate into my daily life. But I think this is very important and many people should try to add this into their lifestyle

Tom's goal was simple and realistic for him and it's amazing to see how little goals can end up with the biggest rewards. His story shows that little habits can be the precursor for long term change. He really showed a different look at healthy food determination @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I agree with this too! There will always be a happy medium when it comes to diet and foods. You are more likely to eat something you enjoy rather than forcing yourself to eat something you don't like. There will always be a possibility to have the best of both worlds #beh353
"Omg that is full of calories and full of sugar! So bad for you!" Have you ever considered that it is also full of joy, and with the dystopian reality we're currently in that's equally important? There is room for both nutrients and joy. It's possible.

I thought it was interesting yet sad that in certain areas, school lunches are not providing children with their nutritional intake that they need. It also gets harder for the children from low income to bring their own food. It's just an unhealthy cycle feeding into obesity @beh353.bsky.social

THIS!!! Food isn't something that needs to be deserved or granted from good behavior. Its a basic need for life. We need that nourishment and fuel to be able to get through our days. We are human! #beh353
PSA: You don’t have to earn your food. It’s not a reward for being “good” or punishment for being “bad.”

I really relate to the lack of time for preparing healthy foods. When it's school time, I feel as though I never have time to make a decent meal because I am just so exhausted and have things on my mind. I put food last on my things to think about and I'm hoping to change that. @beh353.bsky.social

Most times when I see those labels largely placed on packages I have my own suspicions on it because I know its a marketing thing to brag the eyes of the buyer. It's important to do a fact check of certain products and read ingredients, portions, etc.

I started to take magnesium glycinate every night to help relieve anxiety and it really does help me personally. Upon doing further research, I found out that is can also help with bone health and even blood sugar levels within diabetic people @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

This is so sad and extremely uncalled for. Food insecurity is very important so we are able to track down those underserved populations and communities to reduce food hunger that many americans are facing.
If the annual food insecurity survey is canceled - the US has no way to monitor how often this experience is happening.

1 in 5 children in Kentucky are food insecure (do not have enough to eat). This is a 48% rise in two years.

Now this is a post I LOVEEE because I really think sleep is so important and I can't this stress enough that sleeping before 10 is really good for you and many ways. During weekdays I try to sleep before, at, or a little after 10 and it really helps me on my day to day

I looked into the raw food diet and I find that so interesting. At first I was extremely concerned thinking about people eating raw meat and stuff but its actually just fruits, veggies, nuts, grains. I personally think this diet may be more harmful than good. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I think this post had a great point and throwing the word "fat" around in not or helpful spaces can really change and alter a person's body image and even eating styles. It also shadows those who do need nutritional help as it pertains to their health. Calling out body sizes is never the answer.
I've seen a whole lot of content lately about people realising they aren't actually fat, that diet culture has just been lying to them. That's great for you all, but please remember what these declarations say to people who are actually fat.

For breakfast I'd eat a bagel with cream cheese but instead to make it nutrient dense, I could incorperate, whole grain bagel bread, smashed avacodo, low fat cottage cream, and 2 scrambled eggs mixed with veggies fried with vegetable oil @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

This is 100% a post I needed to see. I used to be a big snacker but not anymore and when I do eat snacks they are never adding any nutritional/health value to my body and diet. Definitely checking this vlog out!

I think my 24-hour food recall was not accurate at all and so much harder than it seems. It's so easy to forget literally the smallest details when it comes to cooking meals at home. Also I had some fast food in my recall and you can miss so many details. @beh353.bsky.social

I agree with this post very much. I value my sleep more than anything and I know if my body is tired I must listen to it. Especially being in school and tackling so many things at once, sleep is so important and can really reflect on your work ethic. I also stay awake from caffeine too! #beh353
Sleep is often overlooked in health, but it affects energy, appetite, and even blood sugar regulation. Adults need 7–9 hours per night. Consistent sleep schedules, limiting late caffeine, and reducing screen time before bed make a big difference. #RealWorldNutrition

A lot of people don't realize micronutrients are just as important to the body as macronutrients are. They are in vitamin and mineral form and many people have nutritional deficiency due to the lack of those macronutrients. Having a balanced diet can help fulfill this! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I definitely needed to hear this and everyone does as well. I've definitely been drinking more water lately and you can really see and feel a difference when you really start to be consistent! Great from inside and outside of the body. Stay Hydrated :) #beh353
Dehydration doesn’t always mean dry mouth. Fatigue, dizziness, and headaches can be signs too. Stay ahead with water, fruits, and electrolyte-rich options, especially in the heat. #RealWorldNutrition
