Living during the trump years has taught me to judge people less on their personalities and more on their deep moral convictions. People who rubbed me the wrong way turned out to be the people who'd hide someone in their attic if it came down to it, and others I wouldn't have thought let me down.

Since AI has become popular I've seen an uptick in the skill of rendering in art but I haven't seen an uptick in the quality of art as a whole. That doesn't make me feel worried as an artist, it makes me feel excited about what I'll be able to achieve with the new technology.

ChatGPT 5 is incredibly error prone and in every other answer just plain wrong about stuff. It takes about twice as long to do stuff as the technology should be capable of. My guess is that they're limiting the compute.

I'm not sure why sneaker manufacturers started using bland colors, but it was a really bad idea imo.

The successfulness of Newsome's attack is that it can't lose. If they don't get the joke, whether in earnest or by choice, then that's worthy of mockery. If they do get it, then they're admitting that what Trump does is ridiculous.

ChatGPT is so routinely wrong on really everything that it's starting to be an impractical. Claud is too expensive and limited in allowed usage. Thinking of switching fully to Gemini, which seems to be more accurate and can code almost as good as Claude (ChatGPT is horrible at coding)

ChatGPT 4o and often the others is too unintelligent to be useful much of the time now. The logic was something that seemed approaching human level intelligence before. Now after every response I have to tell it why it's wrong.
