I just read The Unbearable Lightness of Being. I’d love your thoughts on the book. It felt like a slog - I didn’t care for the style of writing. The back and forth and the internal dialogue of the characters. It did reflect a lot on the current state of affairs in the USA. It was scary to process.

It’s Black History Month! Day 27: today we honor an icon of resistance and courage - Harriet Tubman. Persistent, resilient and unbounded , Araminta (her born name) rescued so many from a life of slavery. She is a role model of fearless resistance.
