here's most of one from when I was getting distance. (I have dual Achilles tendinitis and have been off my runs for months, which is very hard for me. Trying to do the gym. Miss the trail so bad.) Two songs are missing at the end. "I Feel Sanctified" by the Commodores and "The Charade" by D'Angelo.
