Happy to share my last paper from my PhD work with the Deeva team! We establish new tools in European amphioxus: fertilized egg microinjection, F0 CRISPR/Cas9 mutagenesis & show Ascl1/2.1 is required for epidermal sensory neurons formation in amphioxus.
