My Nana used to sew quite a bit when she was younger.
The last time I saw her before she passed on Monday, I told her I'd bought a sewing machine and she was so pleased.

I haven't really talked at length about this on my social medias but my Nana was diagnosed with several cancers and was given terminal diagnosis. She died this morning, I received the news about an hour ago.
Cancer sucks, one blessing I can take from it is she didn't suffer long.

A big contributor to me not making art as much in 2025 is my ten year old graphics tablet finally became incompatible with my set up.
I could have gone on rolling back the drivers and spending ages fiddling with cables that were constantly on the fritz. But that just became an obstacle. 1/2

It aggravates me to no end that people can't see striping any group of their human rights is only going to lead to EVERYONE having less rights until we are back to only SUPER RICH white cis men having rights over everyone else again.
