So firstly I isolated the girl by painting around her in metallic black, green and blue, stippling the paint to blend them a little. I've put a crackle glaze on top then I'm going to go over in a mixture of golds and bronzes.

Upcycling this today. It was £5 mostly bought for the frame.I really like the girl and the dark living room, but I'm not feeling the dog. It's just a print but it's been properly framed so it would be hard to get out so I'm just painting on top.

Been upcyling furniture. Got this Lloyd Loom basket for £5. I think it's a proper one because they are originally gold and I noticed there was gold paint on the underside. It had been painted grey. We sanded it dry brushed it with gold paint, sealed it and reupholstered the top. 1/2
