I knew I was getting a GameCube for my birthday because a few days before I was looking for something and had to search the junk drawer. By chance I also checked the drawer next to it and inside were StarFox Adventures and Smash Melee underneath a few things. I closed the drawer and said nothing 🤫

I don't think I've ever fully emotionally processed losing my job last year and the depression is starting to hit. Or its just the season changing. Who knows.

I'm likely neither beating Skies Legends or Hades 2 by the time Metroid Prime 4 come out, so I will definitely have to take a break on Hades 2 to fit Prime 4 into the streaming schedule.

I know we groan when a game series gets a pachislot or other type of game, but Castlevania: Marble of Souls is actually really fun. Maybe too much fun and dangerously addicting.

There's the entire Tales of series, Trails series, I've only done like 5 Final Fantasy games. There's a whole Like a Dragon series, Dragon Quest series and a whole slew of bad Sonic games I've skipped I could go back to.

I keep wanting to play the new Dissidia, but the beta only runs when I am busiest. Got in a few sessions and it IS fun. It is also intentionally a different game than the PSP titles and even NT.

I was under the assumption this Fatal Frame 2 remake was already put. I've only seen them around for awhile and lose track of which ones are easily available. Seems like an interesting series.

My disappointment of the year. Panzer Dragoon and HotD 1 remakes were ok, but definitely something they could have built upon and improved from. But HotD 2 remake was significantly worse, with confoundingly bad design decisions made throughout. It does not inspire confidence in the PD2 remake.
