The escape rooms yesterday were fantastic. The zombie one legit had at one point the music and sound effect from Resident Evil 1 (the self destruct sequence has been activated) and a fantastic jump scare!

The gaming market is sooooo oversaturated with online service games that when one launches you can legit see it dying in real time and devs doing anything and everything to prevent it. It's crazy honestly, but power to any devs/companies taking their shot.

I've reached that moment/age where there is no doubt me wanting to play as many games I could get my hands on that interest me.... only to realize I only have so much time and I have to be more selective on which games I give that to. Quality not quantity, as well as embracing moods for selection.

I've finally defeated the feeling of needing to play anything and everything that's a souls like, and now I'm to the point where it's going to take something really special to get me to play that genre. Bloodborne is still my favorite of the bunch. By a large margin. Elden Ring and Lies of P next.

DEEP question here: Have any of you met someone in your life that made you second guess every relationship you had prior? Like as if now you can clearly see the differences and looking back your just flabergasted in a multitude of way... and if so how did that play out for you?

My goodness my other friend wanted to see Return to Silent Hill so I went with him and... now knowing what to expect. I think I appreciated it just a bit more. Go figure. Also picked up on just a few things I missed the first time.

Got out of Return to Silent Hill. We had a great time. Def took some liberties with the story much like the first movie. Daughter enjoyed it a lot as well. Solid 6 out of 10 movie. I actually jumped a few times.
