So... I've been looking at photos from July 2025 (when I first started my dietary changes)... to now Nov 2025 after keeping those dietary changes, adding in weights, and now 3 miles cardio almost every day. Diet, exercise, and better mental health all add up over time...and I'm just getting started.

I've changed my eating habits, diet, and been going to the gym for cardio almost everyday of the week. Ive got free weights at home. And I'm kicking ass. Motivation is high. Appetite has been strangely curbed. Positivity vibes. You can do anything you set your mind too.

Last night on the way back from the mountain adventures we went offroading home and the night sky was beautiful. These don't do it justice but it was fantastic.

My indie game of the year... (if this is considered indie?) Echoes of the End... and especially after they updated it, it feels so much better to play and they went above and beyond what most devs would do. Action adventure fans need to take note.
