The funny thing is I got my blood test early because of high prolactin levels and they wanted to see if its a one off high level or not.
They tested everything but Prolactin so now I won't know until my next blood test if its just a one off or caused by a pituitary tumour.

Blood tests came back and noticed despite Estrogen going down from near 1000pmol to 400pmol my testosterone for the first time has dropped below 0.5nmol despite being pre op and keep forgetting to take my Spironolactone 50.

The tumour would be benign so non cancerous and is also linked to very low dopamine which considering how I am acting lately would not surprise any of you.
If the blood test reveals a high amount again I may be put on dopamine pills.
So worst case scenario I just need to be placed on happy pills.

Since I could never go through puberty due to no GnRH being released is it likely the pituitary gland was weak anyway
