Blood tests came back and noticed despite Estrogen going down from near 1000pmol to 400pmol my testosterone for the first time has dropped below 0.5nmol despite being pre op and keep forgetting to take my Spironolactone 50.
Weird how it could still go lower even with lower estrogen

The fact I started HRT when my testosterone was 4.4nmol is mad.
What is more interesting is only 50mg of Spironolactone was enough to keep it at 0.5nmol for more than a year.
No way in hell was I supposed to be male, some people were born with birth defects, growing a penis was mine.
