Having some familiarity with law enforcement and jails, this is perhaps the stoopidest piece of law and order theater yet proposed. The facility is a park, a revenue-generating tourist attraction, so kiss that $60M/yr of cash goodbye. It’s an inefficient, expensive, unsuitable prison. Dumb af.
