Time and time again do I find out that dancing is the best way of getting my cardio in, cause if the drop is good I can't help but dance more energetically and I think the constant change in intensity really makes a difference.

I've been stagnating at losing weight. I'm already only eating about 1500kcal with ca 130g protein a day, which shouldn't be too much at 178cm/110kg, but I'm barely building muscle nor am I losing weight so I think I've hit the world-famous plateau.

I started journaling. Decided writing whatever comes to my mind for 30 minutes each day might help me process my traumata better. It usually feels like when I face my traumata my thoughts become hard to grasp, chaotic and volatile, but while writing they're a lot more focused, so I'm hopeful.

Finally done with all the undo/redo commands. Every action in the game can now be rolled back and reapplied!
And boy, did that surface a ton of technical debt, but it's all under control now... 😅 #gamedev (reported with alt text)

I wish I had a mind secretary, so whenever my traumata visit, she can send them to my waiting room, where you can't open the windows, the only thing to read is a long defunct pc gaming mag from Germany in the 90s and a mediocre Ska-Punk cover of "The Girl from Ipanema" is playing on repeat.

The way it's right now newer and newer things get added I really wanna tell her before going NC but it's taking a huge toll on my mental health no matter if I write it or not. I have this visual image of me putting the letter into that yellow little box and the winds just carry me home so free I am.
Okay so I've written a long letter to my abusive mother, and had a friend of mine read it just so I know if it's too harsh or too emotional or something. And at the end of him reading I asked him what he'd do if this was just a handout for a surprise Call of Cthulhu Session lol
