This is a major scandal here in Washington DC/Maryalnd.
A massive sewage leak, and a failure by the federal government to deal with it.
Trump warned us in that video a couple of months ago that he wanted to sh*t all over Americans, but I didn’t realize he meant it literally.
The President is lying to the public:

1) For the past century, the federal government has been responsible for the Potomac Interceptor – not Maryland. The sewage pipe is on federal land.
