High protein lemon raspberry waffles with real raspberries. I put a smear of high protein coconut yogurt over the top and, oh my goodness, heaven for breakfast.

@themoosh2025.bsky.social breakfast ideas.
Yoga is out until I can bend without pain. So I went for a very slow walk in the neighborhood. The steps in the morning are from cafeteria Duty.

Remember: The richest 1% evade over $160 billion in taxes every year.

That amount would fund SNAP for a year with money to spare.

Ask yourself who the real freeloaders are.

The Epstein Fiasco has to greatest proof that there is a discrepancy between white collar crime and every one else.

White collar pedos go on to become president, while others go on to their just dessert as a prison bitch.

Removing a monument honoring Black US soldiers has nothing to do with DEI. It’s erasure of history and it’s straight-up racism.

It's amazing how stories fly through middle school, it's just one big telephone game I swear. I heard that during my fall Monday, I cracked my head open, I heard that I was dead, I heard that there was blood everywhere...

Nope. No blood. My noggin is fine and I'm certainly not dead.

AOC: "It is unconscionable that what we are debating right now is legislation that will give 8 senators over $1 million a piece & we're robbing people of their food assistance & healthcare to pay for it. How can we vote to enrich ourselves by stealing from the American people?"

Super cute!
#quiltsky #papercraft A prototype of a card I’m thinking of making. Had a few things go wrong with the stitching. The paper wiggles under the foot and I think my machine needs service because it’s pulling to the left and I’m fighting it. Triangles are laser cut-I could NEVER by hand.

81 years ago, FDR proposed a second Bill of Rights to guarantee every American the right to employment, healthcare, education, housing, and a living income. His words are as relevant now as they were then. Watch.

Big Tech is plotting a $100M lobbying and campaign spending blitz to block AI regulation at the state and federal level.

We must stop this takeover before it's too late.

"I am tired of losing and worse, I am tired of expecting to lose. We need Democrats who will use their positions of power not to constantly capitulate, compromise, and cave, but to fight-- not to say the word ‘fight’ because it’s the popular thing to do, but to actually do it and mean it."

I can't change the world, however I can stand for the principles I believe in. I can vote every time for people of principal. I invited a small family to join us for Thanksgiving, after sending my son over with groceries.

I reject the hate and cruelty of the regime.

Today, the Supreme Court rejected a call to overturn the landmark ruling that legalized same-sex marriage more than a decade ago.

This is a victory — but it’s also a reminder that the rights of every person are under threat. We must remain vigilant and continue fighting for equality.
