I am who I am
In this Trumpian era, America’s moral compass — its capacity to separate right from wrong, and to pride itself doing (or at least trying to do) what is honorable — seems to have vanished, along with the norms on which that authority has been based.

Putin must be stopped. Trump cannot act as an arbiter in Putin's imperialism in Europe. It's long past time that we "get real"!
The Trump administration had begun to make progress on Ukraine—but the peace plan that just leaked throws it all into doubt, Thomas Wright argues.

It is Trump's position that being faithful to the constitution is seditious behavior punishable by death.
How is this <bleep> still occupying the Office of the President?
For what it’s worth, as a commander and officer it was my duty, moral obligation, and legal requirement to first question and then to not obey any illegal order I was given.

The same is true for everyone who swear their oath.

Hope that clears things up.

This doesn't even qualify for consideration as either "a starter" or "a non-starter". It is completely without merit.
Trump has sold out the US, Ukraine, our allies to Putin and we need to have a serious conversation now in America about whether this is OK, or a form of treason.

On November 20, Trump threatened lawmakers with the death penalty.

Reminding people in the military and law enforcement of their oath and duty to the Constitution is only a bad thing to someone who wants to rip up the Constitution.

Important: House Dem leaders just said Trump's call for execution of Dems has prompted them to contact US Capitol Police and House Sergeant at Arms to "ensure the safety of these members and their families."

Treat Trump like an unhinged menace. He's weak and in deep political trouble. Don't let up.

NOT "defy lawful orders" BUT "disobey unlawful orders"

Leavitt's disingenuous comment is very telling.
Reporter: “President Trump accused six Democratic lawmakers of seditious behavior punishable by death. Just to be clear, does the president want to execute members of Congress?”

Leavitt: “No.”
November 20, 2025 at 9:23 PM
Do you think she even "hears herself"?
An important part of the job for any WH Press Secretary is to clean up remarks made by the president or offer explanation/context or apology when warranted. But Leavitt never does that. She always crafts a response that makes it even worse by adding her own toxic twist.

PITIFUL
Leavitt: “If this were Republican members of Congress who were encouraging members of the military and members of our United States government to defy orders from the president and from the chain of command, this entire room would be up in arms.”

Federal prosecutors revealed the grand jury in the criminal case against former FBI Director James Comey never reviewed or voted on the final indictment.

If the court decides to dismiss the indictment, it could end the DOJ’s prosecution entirely.

"This war can be brought to an end, but the basic logic remains what it always was: the Ukrainians have to be supported so that Russia no longer aspires to destroy their country. That is the foundation. Negotiations will work when that has been achieved."
We hear that Putin and Trump (or their emissaries) have been secretly consulting about a settlement to the war. Given the inherent traps of allowing an aggressor to decide the outcome of his war, I try here to give a sense of how negotiations might actually work.
