I find it really disappointing number of shops and cafes these days that do not have toilets. I find that some of the big name coffee houses such a Costa often do not have a toilet or have the toilets permanently marked as out of order.

To think that two and a half years ago I couldn't even run five kilometres. And today on a whim I decided to go and run 50... It really shows how much the human body can adapt and change. It's never too late to get fit and otherwise I feel quite tired at the moment I'm absolutely on top of the moon!

I think I might sleep for the rest of the day! I set off a little late this morning hence I'm only just finishing now but I'm very pleased with the distance even if it was quite slow at the end. The last 20 km were pretty much at a 5:40 to 6:10 pace. But this was about distance not time

Google responds with all the ways it supports both ffmpeg & open source, which is great, but doesn’t mention if it will use its AI CodeMender to pair patches with bug reports in the future 🤔

I deserve this! Soda bread made with bamboo flour and low sugar grenade chocolate spread just the ticket to recover from a 30 something km run (in the pouring rain ! Yes it's nice now but it was horrible at 0530 when I was an hour in)

The AI tech crash when it happens is going to be *brutal* - it will feel worse than the dot com crash of the 2000's as that really only impacted people who were in the dot-com arena. This one will impact everyone and every pension pot. Going to be tears before bed time I suspect.
