Had an awesome hike today with @zjwagner.bsky.social. Went up to see an abandoned mine, saw some wildlife, blazed a trail and giggled and laughed at all the silly dumb things two gals get up to when left alone.

Managed to rollerblade 4 miles today. August 2023 was when I could only walk 10 minutes after an injury left me unable to walk for two years. It’s been a slow, long journey to get back to my old capabilities and today marks another milestone in my journey.

Starting a core workout after a long recovery. I’ve been walking again a little over a year. Just started being able to bike again, and now I’m rebuilding what I lost.
Loving myself is an ongoing process and I deserve to take care of my body. It’s the only one I have.
