Regurgitative AI is now implicated in multiple deaths but still there is no sign of regulation.

Meanwhile, governments are working to ban trans people from public life based on imaginary scenarios that haven’t happened.

Not even AI could write a situation as stupid as this shit.

Tintero is pretty legit, very very extensive organizational tools. Really helping me get my ideas off of Confluence and into something easier to manage/digest.

Highly recommend for any writers out there. Stumbled into this by accident, and I'm quite glad I did.

I can't believe I've been writing most of the day, and I've only gotten 6 pages written. It's fleshing out more and more as I write though. I'm enjoying getting it all written down finally.

Well, tonight I've written half of the first chapter of what's gonna be Dolls in Space. The name makes less sense now, but I do think this story will work better as a book for now, and certainly more within my capabilities.

I'm excited to finally get this story out of my head.

Many don't realize that the most vulnerable or immune compromised depend on the rest getting vaccinated properly to keep diseases from spreading out of control. It's not just “my body, my choice” when it comes to saving lives.

I can't believe I'm gonna be on a train next week!

I'm so excited, and nervous

I think there's something about being on Linux, and having to add features that you consider "nice to haves", that mentality kinda reinforces itself, and now I'm working on some projects that I've thought a lot about, but I'm finally doing them. It feels refreshing.

Definitely getting too invested into Riftbound, and I'm very green to TCGs. I'm not great at the game, but I'm beginning to learn it better.

I was thinking about trying out League of Legends for more of the lore and get to know the setting a bit better now that I'm getting into the Riftbound TCG.

But, their anti-cheat doesn't support Linux, and I am not returning to Windows for it. It's too bad though, I was kinda looking forward to it.

Is Steam offline right now?

Finally found a local bit of cards for League of Legends Riftbound TCG. First TCG I've played in about 3 decades. My brother is showing me the ropes.

Working on a Python script that does the old Spice Channel Scramble. I'm still dialing some stuff in and testing, but this was my best render from last night.

Gonna be doing a fake Spice channel simulator for my BFF's bachelor party next month.

Woot! My roommate found the only Riftbound deck in town it seems. I've got the Jinx Deck now, along with some boosters. Still need a second deck though, hopefully I can find one while my brother is in town.

Trying to play on TTS tonight

Persona 4 Golden has been in my back log for a LONG time, and I've ended up with a copy for Steam Deck, and PS Vita.

Anyways, I was curious if anyone had opinions on if it'd be a better experience on the Vita, or on the Steam Deck.

Finally playing Digimon World Next Order. Genuinely fun so far, although I can tell this battle system is gonna hurt my pointer fingers long term on the deck, so I'm probably gonna remap bumpers to triggers, but I'm gonna wait until I know triggers aren't used for something else.

I get a lot of choice paralysis with gaming lately. I have a lot of legacy game consoles, and there are games that have been released and re-released on different platforms I have. So if I decide upon a game to play, then I'm not sure if I should play on the PS Vita, or Steam Deck, or w/e.

Does anyone else wait to buy games until they remove DRM (Denuvo)?

I've got a wishlist full of titles that are just waiting for that DRM to be removed. Unfortunately that can sometimes take years.

In particular, I really want Digimon Time Stranger. It's on sale rn too...
