I started playing #FinalFantasyVI on my #SwitchOLED a few weeks ago, and I enjoyed the story, but the feel wasn't quite right, some screen tearing, that sorta thing.
So I decided to dig out my @anbernic.bsky.social #RG35XX, and with the CRT shaders on Garlic OS, & it's a much better experience.

I started playing #FinalFantasyVI on my #SwitchOLED a few weeks ago, and I enjoyed the story, but the feel wasn't quite right, some screen tearing, that sorta thing.

I know purple will be involved somehow. I'm thinking about doing purple retro reflection tape or something on the enclosure (which isn't a physical concept yet) so that it can easily be found at night. Purple is my favorite color, so it has to show that off in some way. Like Mace's lightsaber.

Idk yet, my roommate is an artist, and I'm gonna try her first, my cousin's husband has volunteered to put together some concepts for me.
Still feeling it out. All I really know is I want it to feature the color purple and something that represents off grid or camping. Rn I'm just using emoji lol

I have abandoned the automatic landing page to "sign in" to the network when joining. Instead, I made a QR code generator, and this QR code would open the homepage of the Prepper Pi if you're already connected to its WiFi.
I might do one for connecting to the wifi for the first time too.

Still working out the automatically taking you to the landing page upon connecting, but I do have a rudimentary landing page setup with some placeholder stuff, and connection info. I'm pretty proud of my progress so far.

I guess this isn't a scam after all, original ETA was April, I think. I've moved on to the purple plates (my favorite color), so idk how much use this will get. But I love the idea of it, making the PS5 into a more stackable box shape.

Gonna trade in my retro collection for games I don't feel nostalgic towards or don't want for whatever reason. Boatload of PS1 games without cases, hopefully not an issue

This is an old #Toshiba 4k TV. It's a 48" and it runs the #fireTV OS (Slowly). I'm either going to donate it, or repurpose it. I've found that you can get TV touchscreen conversion kits for $50ish.

I setup these helpers in #HomeAssistant to manage my automations around climate control. I have the house fans set to the upper limit +1, and I have set this up to turn off the fans and their automations when I leave home, and everything re-enables when I arrive home.
I'm very proud of this.

Finally rewired the AV rack, it's needed some maintenance since I got the #PS5. Decided to take the #PS4Pro down and retire it. Reprogrammed the #HarmonyHubElite Remote, and everything is working perfectly again. Only took a couple hours too.
I've still got some other cleaning to do though.

Just ordered this itty bitty fan to go on top of my bookshelf behind the couches. Sadly it'll replace the Enterprise 1701-D on the shelf, so it will need to be rehoused.
I've already programmed the zigbee outlet along with all other fans based on thermostat temp. So it'll be plug & play Tuesday.

For $25, I'm kinda impressed with the airflow these put out. Hopefully they make a difference this summer.
