got another UTI, unfortunately :( I believe it's from all of the epsom soaks I have been doing everyday >_< been nursing my left shoulder for forever and, since moving into a home where I actually have a usable tub, epsom soak baths have become such a comfort. Alas, my hygiene is.. not the best :')

i had been nervous about taking my adderall twice a day but I recently decided to try and do that and it's been going really well actually. I was worried it would impact my sleep like the extended release caps did but so far so good!!! Very happy cause twice a day has been really helping me a lot
