Canonically, as of HW's patch, U'mbreon doesn't have one (Carby is enough)

U'mbreon wears traditional facepaint, sometimes wtih eyeliner. He comes from Mi'quote who care a lot about grooming, so he's consciencous about skincare, which includes lip balm that also works as a lip gloss. He wouldn't say no to a shimmery sparkly eyeshadow but I don't think he'd buy one himself.
