Let me tell you something... I am so thankful I took Student Development Theory courses in my M.Ed program -- especially with Dr. Lori Patton Davis. This student I just met with I am so proud of them as their academic journey continued from a place of mess to a place of success.

Most of my meetings are students who are in less than good standing. My next student failed the last two terms. But in the fall, stopped going to two classes "unofficially" withdrawing.
When I see those patterns, I often ask maybe we should go to ConEd. Skill build and then re-group.
