Good thread - worth a read!
One often overlooked tragedy of Brexit is the UK's withdrawal from most EU cross-border and transnational programmes. These initiatives supported invaluable networks for capacity building and lesson sharing at the local level. It almost certainly has reduced local actor's network resilience.
