Couldn't agree more. The electronic waste and resources that go into the yearly upgrade has to be staggering with huge environmental impacts. And consumers just have to have the latest and greatest, even when changes are minimal every year. It's an illness.
phones should be more like game consoles and only come out with a better one every 8 years. maybe 4 years into the cycle they can make a slim version
