I quit nicotine by swapping to the nastiest cigs I could find. Vapes are a tasty treat. Marlborough Gold is like if an ashtray came to life, threw up and then someone went and dried that vomit and then rolled it into a cigarette
if you want my actual advice on the way you quit nicotine, you gotta change the intake method in a big way first. so if you're vaping/smoking, you gotta swap to using like gum or patches instead. the radical change-up alone is a big help in just not letting you stay at your static "comfort" level

I really hate the phrase "so called Australia" for two reasons.
One: Australia is the name of the nation and the nation exists.
Two: it's borrowing from "so called United states" which makes sense because it's disagreeing with the concept of the states being united
