Can’t believe we just watched wakaba’s last Grand Prix appearance as a competitor. The sport isn’t going to be the same without her. I hope that audience realizes the importance of what they just witnessed, she deserves a standing ovation.

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Shereen. Shereen and her husband (a house painter) fled their home early in the war thinking it would only be for 2 days. She lost everything as well as many family members. Her main concern is getting her son, Ahmed, 4 into a kindergarten.

okay wanna know a pop culture mixup i have had for a long time... i've always vaguely confused the names of mel brooks and mel gibson, because the mels i grew up knowing of are mels c and b. i thought mels are girls with one exception, and the idea that there are two mel mens was vaguely confusing.
