Full professor -- way earlier decision than expected. I'd been worried I wouldn't clear the bar, definitely relieved. I'm grateful to the anonymous folks who wrote letters, in case any of you are out there. I hate looking at letters about me but maybe I ought to check them out! <3

Today my undergrads and I did our first interview on a project exploring the motivation of policy entrepreneurs. They got to spend more than an hour talking to a really inspirational community advocate. This is the best part of my job <3
