Got round to migrating two @glitch.com projects (RIP)

The frontend-only one was easy, just popped on GitHub pages: pjpscriv.com/cyber-canada

The one with a backend was a bit harder, but Cloud Run did the trick - and made it easy to give it a nice subdomain: emoji.pjpscriv.com
