Exploring the great outdoors

Wanted to paint some plantlife again. Small plants are a big world for the Snifes.
A painting of leaves and flowers. Hidden among them are tiny humanoid creatures, exploring their surface. Faint dew is seen across the plants in shades on blues and greens.

I have said before and will say again that it is such a loss that we no longer get covers of this caliber for fantasy books.

This art is by Jean-Léon Huens. These covers are for the Chronicles of Prydain by Lloyd Alexander. They lit my imagination on fire as a kid.
