I get to talk to a lot of builders and developers, nearly universally they were excited for Trump 2 to cut rates and deregulate. What I'm trying to say is the people responsible for building our homes and offices are dumber than a pile of bricks.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Bone Temple. As much as I love a frenetic action horror movie having a more thoughtful thriller vibe punctuated by undead ultraviolence kept my unbroken attention.

They all bought low it just took a diplomatic emergency to convince markets to react this time because we are so used to this behavior.

After Davos the admin will back down because they bought the biggest dip and can pretend world leaders changed their minds or made a deal. The world is obviously tired of this and markets are being less reactive to make up for it so they keep having to push harder to get what they want.
