Americans have always supported our National Guard. In emergencies. They do good work. A president who misuses them, however, can ruin those good relations, particularly if they are used as a Brownshirt force for a partisan with autocratic beliefs. Best to require an invitation from the governor.

Maybe useful to ask about the .1%.
It would seem most of the top 10% are taxed mostly like the 90% & aren't wealthy enough to leverage unsold stocks like the extreme wealthy.
Consolidation, extremes and not enough decent paying jobs to meet living standards are a problem.
