We were happy to meet the Commissioner to discuss combatting the exploitation of undocumented workers, including improving labour inspections, remedy mechanisms and regularisation programmes.

Fundamental and human rights are non negotiable. The labour rights of undocumented people are no exception.
I met with @PICUM_ today to discuss the protection of migrants from exploitation, the prevention of illegal employment and ensuring a level playing field in Europe’s labour market.

In the Netherlands, police can't enter a church during service. When a family took shelter in the Kampen church to escape their deportation, people flocked to ensure the service never stops. It's now being going on for over 8 months 🥹
