I just got humbled by the hack squat machine. I went to go warm up and tossed a 45 on each side to do a set. Ok, Little heavy but I've been back squatting 230. Should be fine right? Loaded another 45 on each side. Nope... Not gonna move. 90 lb working sets it is.

Yeah, I don't know how anyone can be one of those "I get up at 5am and head straight to the gym" people. My entire body revolted today. I moved the weight but it wasn't pretty. I'm sore, exhausted, and I almost whiffed a squat when I hit the safety bar with the plate. 0 out of 10
I should not have gone to the gym this early in the morning with only coffee in my system. The heartburn is gonna take me out. ♥️🔥
