Hell yeah, got my 5 x 225 lb Deadlift!. I'd like to see myself get to 2 plates for bench and squat as well by the 1st of the year. (Squat should be doable... Bench possibly but not as likely)

Gonna go to the gym today. Why? Because I find that I have to work out multiple times a week just to keep my body at a moderate amount of broken. I don't have many active hobbies and I work a desk job, but I refuse to be one of those old people who can barely walk.

I picked up a couple of 8-bitDo's modern N64 controllers at a discount. I figured they would be perfect for almost all systems that don't use a second analog stick. You got your 4 & 6 button layout. Should be perfect for everything but setting it up in Retrobat is a nightmare

Got myself back up to squatting over 100 lbs. I'm happy with that so far. Of course dude over there is casually benching 315 obs for reps off camera 🤪

Even so, I'm very happy with my strength progression in 5 weeks. Gonna keep at it and see where I get by the first of the year.
