I'm not sure how #FedEx is going to have my package in the Indianapolis area by the early AM on Sunday morning and somehow not deliver it until Thursday. I've never had a good experience with FedEx, but this one is just ridiculously bad.

Quite a bit louder reception for the local Democratic Party compared to the local Republican Party in our 4th of July parade. This was a staunchly Republican city when we moved here 10 years ago.

I’m preparing for bariatric surgery in 11 days. One of the things I have to do is pretty severely limit my food intake. So I supplement my meals with protein shakes. I think I just found my favorite flavor combination.
I use banana almond milk with chocolate protein powder and ice. Tastes amazing.

I think an American flag created entirely by black men at the Superbowl is one of the best pieces of art I've seen in my lifetime. I hope it actually killed some folks. And I hope it finally closes the fucking book on the argument that we shouldn't use the flag to fight the God damned fascists.
