Quick 🧵: SCOTUS has set a conference date for the Davis petition, which has sent some folks into a panic. This is a date for them to 'consider whether to consider' the case. This is not an argument date. They have not decided to grant the petition.

“Today’s decision by the U.S. Supreme Court is a heartbreaking one for LGBTQ+ students, families and employees of Montgomery County Public Schools. 1/4

NEWS: Today, alongside our partners at @aclu.org, we filed a motion in federal court asking the court to enforce its nationwide preliminary injunction blocking the Trump administration from restricting funding for providers of gender-affirming medical care to people under 19.
