They kill marine life.
They are outdated, cruel & ineffective.

Albanese still can't seem to bring himself to do anything about that genocide he refuses to acknowledge. He has all the power to expel Israeli ambassadors and cut ties with Israeli weapons companies.

Dutton is actively cheerleadering genocide but we can't give Albanese a pass for being less bad.

If Australians vote for independents, and there is enough of us, then bills can't pass the House if the indis cross the floor.

Australia has an opportunity. Put the independents first.

That way, both major parties lose power in the House as they cross the floor.

We have the most gullible pollies.
Let's buy some Chinese subs to get us thru' till the American ones get here. They'd be cheaper wouldn't they? Can you buy 'em online? How long is the warranty on one. Can you get them with windows for the scenic views at 4,000 metres? So many questions.....
Another day, another #AUKUS shambles. But would anyone expect anything different? This is the same crew that spent $4B or your money not buying a submarine. But don’t worry - Dickie Marles says he’s got it all under control. 🐷🛩️ 🤦‍♂️ #auspol

At least they know how to spell 'Labour'.
The New Zealand Labour Party says it will not join Australia, the UK and the US as part of AUKUS if returned to power at the next election in 2026

Party leader and ex-PM Chris Hipkins says if elected, he woud “restore New Zealand’s proudly independent foreign policy”

Here's an idea for tax reform:

1. stop subsidising gas and coal mining
2. start making them pay their fair share of tax

You can help by adding your name to our petition to increase the PRRT: theaus.in/increasePRRT #auspol
✍️ SIGN: Demand the gas industry pays its fair share. Fix the PRRT!
The government collects more money from HECS than it does from the PRRT. Australians are missing out on important revenue for public services while gas companies make record profits. We need to inc...

Fun (depressing) fact

Public libraries are one of the last remaining public spaces you can spend time in without the implication that you also need to spend money to be there

Support you local library ✊
This is your reminder to get a library card. They have so many services and basically all of them are free.
