Thailandaise Mussels and duck breast from my favorite restaurant, Le Bistroquet fka BXL Zoute. Now, I get to see one of my favorite TV actresses, Jane Krakowski, play Mary Todd Lincoln in “Oh, Mary!”. Been more excited for this than any other show this week 🤗

Seat neighbor bought me and other neighbor drinks, so kind! Only after do I find out he’s a Suffolk Co. PD “highest paid cops in the country” I instinctively state. Then a woman from back charges down the aisle after we land and is in front of him. He goes off on her verbally and grabs her 😳🤬

This project has broken me. The worst year ending with the saddest Hanukkah ever. I’ve worked so late every day for 9 days that I didn’t have the energy to light candles and I’m hating myself for it. No BB Jake holiday show, no YLT Hanukkah shows, bad health news from fam and life beating me down 😭

Four Tet was incredible esp dropping a sick remix of Pink Patheress - Illegal and just straight up Peter Gabriel’s In Your Eyes for a late night sing along. Anyway my manager said it’s basically my project now 🙃 so of course I’m working later than everyone else to try to get this thing on track 😭
Crazy 12 hour days of cleaning up someone else’s mess on this big project is defeating me, but at least Four Tet is playing open to close at my favorite club walking distance from me! Heading over the last 3.5 hours! 🤪
