YES omggg exactly 🙏🏻 sometimes it's better to show the reader, but sometimes it's better to show a character's REACTION to receiving the news because it tells us about them. the trick is knowing when to use each one ✨

if you ever catch me drawing my characters smoking cigarettes the wrong way i promise its intentional. After i did it a few times with teagan on accident my pal myb suggested that he just smokes cigarettes backwards and gets confused whenever anyone tries to correct him and its canon now
