We’d get the promised ACA vote in the senate (unless Dems add it in the amendments portion), and then a discharge petition would force Mike Johnson to bring it to a vote on the house floor. Provided all the other stuff makes it in.

If I could change the constitution, I would increase the requirement to use the Notwithstanding Clause to 2/3 of voting members. That way, it cannot be used gratuitously by premiers through their legislatures.

➡️ a AAA credit rating
➡️ the lowest net debt to GDP ratio in the G7
➡️ a top destination among G20 countries for foreign direct investment

Through #Budget2025, we will invest in the ingenuity of Canadians to build the strongest economy in the G7.
