I was on the verge of eBay to restore the lost T&T solo adventures, as I could only find the Rule Book... and then a "cat situation" uncovered what was missing.

When I scribbled out the first draft of Cörk Børd, I took a similar approach to Black Hack and Cthulhu Hack.
If there's a section on X in Mörk Borg, create it for CB. Then, on a second pass, do I need that?
If not, delete (or hide the page). If yes, are you sure? Or is it a maybe? Maybe... (1/4)

It's cold outside, so I'm firmly inside, wrapped up warm, tweaking the finer details of the playtest character sheet for Cörk Børd. And messing around with a few elements of the Beneath Gotland's Skin adventure, also for the playtesting.

It's cold outside, so I'm firmly inside, wrapped up warm, tweaking the finer details of the playtest character sheet for Cörk Børd. And messing around with a few elements of the Beneath Gotland's Skin adventure, also for the playtesting.

Pursuing good intentions for 2026, a box of paperbacks left the house today. Read long ago or never going to be read, they were taking up room in the house. Same as earlier this year when I sold a scattering of games just by posting a shelfie and saying, "Make an offer."

The idea here is to emulate Traveller. The Book 1 skill selection runs pretty short; shorter still if you drop the somewhat unnecessary social skill repetitions.
Paul Fricker does a fine job in Rivers of London of hacking the skill options back to a core of general and expert types.
