Not as concerned about the stay on SNAP. The justice responsible for emergency stays is Justice Jackson. The stay sends it to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit which is made up of judges appointed by Obama and Biden. SNAP goes in waves. The first wave this week, the next, next week.

The House isn't waiting to vote on anything, so the only discernable reason to shut her out (other than sheer petty meanness) is to prevent her from signing the discharge petition.
Rep. Tim Moore R-NC ignores shouts by Democrats from the floor and quickly adjourns the House. Rep.-elect Adelita Grijalva D-AZ was elected on September 23 - six weeks ago - she's still waiting to be sworn into office.
